  Friends and I all thoroughly enjoyed the “Dracula” version of the escape room. We definitely are coming back for the christmas version. It was definitely puzzling and full of excitement. I would recommend this place to everyone from beginner to expert. The owner was very inviting and made us feel very welcomed. Amazing place and lots of fun.

  My partner and I have done lots of escape rooms in different places. The Dracula room

Am I really locked in the room?

No, you are never locked in the room. The door in which you enter the room is always unlocked, and you will never be confined in any of the rooms. You are free to leave the room whenever you wish.

When should I arrive?

You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so we can get you and your party checked in promptly and begin your game on time.

What happens if I am late?

Since we have a set schedule, if you arrive late, your game will not be extended. It will still end at the scheduled stop time.

We run a tight schedule and have to reset the game for the next group to begin at their scheduled time. To be safe, plan to arrive 15 minutes early. 😉

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

All of our games are non-refundable.

However, you can reschedule your game through your booking confirmation email if you do so at least 24 hours before the start time of your game. Look for the button shown below at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.

Do I have to pay for kids six and under?

Children 6 and under are free with each purchased ticket.

How do I schedule an escape room?

Online: You can book online by going to our home page www.twistedtimeescaperooms.com/booking select the scenario you would like and the number of people who will be attending the event, easy peasy.

Walk-in: You can just show up. However, we cannot guarantee a scenario will be available. You can try your luck but the best way to ensure you get a room is to book online.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend 14 years of age and above to play. Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Can I bring food and drinks into the game?

No food or drinks are allowed in the game rooms and alcohol is prohibited on our premises.
